As Technical Account Manager and Solution Architect the customers always come first Customer service and customer experience is and has always been my motto and focus.
I have had many different roles over my 30 years working with advanced Networks and Retail infrastructure. That has given me the knowledge of the industry and what’s working and what does not.
In my present role as Technical Account Manager for WiFi and Team leader for our consultants I coordinate the work to let us work with a tight and efficient team. Working together and helping each other is key in our team. Finding out the strengths and less strength in each of my colleagues assigning them to the best tasks for their strengths is my main task. The network we are running is the network at the major Airports in Sweden.
My network specialty is WiFi with focus on mobility and roaming. My expertise is high data rates and high mobility. I work with everything from site survey, project managing to supporting the final solution.
I have been the Solution Architect of many WiFi networks with both simple and complex solutions. My focus is on mobility and high performance both indoors and outdoors. I work with everything from Site Survey with Ekahau Site to support the final solution.
